Piraeus Real Estate Investments (PIRAEUS AEEAP) announces that it will acquire a real estate of a total surface of 283,67 s.m. on 34-36, Solomou street and Falanthou street, Bournazi, Peristeri Attikis, at the price of 620.000 euro, which will be rented by Piraeus Bank at an annual rent of 42.000 euro, a fact securing for the company a yearly return of 6,8%.
