SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on January 28, 2008, Mr. Athanasios Antonios Maltezakis, Investor Relations Officer (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), sold 70 common shares, with a total net value of euro 268.80.
