Following the resignation of Mr. Panayotis Athanassopoulos on 30.1.2007, Professor Emeritus of the University of Piraeus, Senior Executive Advisor of Toyota Motor Europe NV/SA, the Board of Directors of 27.2.2007 elected Mr. Evangelos J. Kaloussis, Chairman and Managing Director of NESTLE HELLAS S.A., as non-executive member of the Board of Directors, for the remaining tenure of the present Board.
