Lavipharm SA announces according to article 276, par. xii of the ASE regulation, that the Tax Audit of the Company for the years 2003- 2005 has been completed. The audit assessed to the company taxes and fees amounting to euro 2.946.954,00, from which the amount of euro 2.386.954,00 will impact the current year, since the Company had taken provisions for the amount of euro 560.000,00.
