The company ALAPIS S.A. announces that, in accordance with articles 3 & 21 of Law 3556/2007, Mr Lavrentios Lavrentiadis , obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, informed the Company that on 05/11/2007 proceeded to the sale of 52,700,000 registered shares of the Company, of total net value of ? 127,534,000 .
